We send notifications by SMS only in situations where your service could be affected by circumstances you might not be aware of.

Examples could include:

  • A service expired and we did not get a cancellation or renewal from you.
  • An invoice is so overdue, suspension procedures are being implemented.

How do I set SMS notifications?

You can update the settings in your Profile.

  • You can set a special number that is different to the mobile we have on file under Notification Mobile. If no number is set in Notification Mobile, our system will attempt to find a mobile number under your account.
  • You can turn on or off SMS Notifications in the Notifications Tab.

At present we only send SMS message to UK mobile numbers.
