Network Status and technical announcements
Customer services are monitored 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
Redundant Interlinks via multiple fibre-optic connections offers the highest possible resilience against Internet feed failure. In the unlikely event of a fault, an advanced paging system, which monitors all of the equipment, informs our support personnel of any problems or potential problems on the network connecting your services. This enables us to investigate and bring your services back to full operation with the absolute minimum of delay. Applications such as JMon, shown on the right, and Nagios enable us to take a proactive standpoint in the identification and notification of potential network problems. Subscribe to technical announcements
Customers can easily subscribe to technical announcements by editing their preference in the My Profile area of the exclusive 2020Media Customer Portal. Simply login to the customer portal using the login details provided by us when you setup your account (Forgotten login?), and then click the My Profile link at the top of the page. On one of the tabs on your profile you'll see Bulletins. Clicking this tab you will be able to see what you are already subscribed to. To sign to technical announcements from 2020Media, click the Edit button and then "Update your Profile" from the drop down menu. Click the Update button to confirm your choice, and you are now subscribed. After updating your preference, you are returned to the My Profile page, and you can click the Bulletins tab to review your settings. |
