Anti-Spam Filtering and Junk Mail removal

We deal with spam in various ways.

Included by default for all customers is a standard level of junk email filtering. We use a variety of techniques to prevent spam from entering our network. This includes SPF/SenderID, DomainKeys/DKIM, Graylisting, DNS RBLs, Reputation Service etc. This prevents thousands of spam messages a day entering our network.

We also offer an add-on commercial anti-spam service called "SpamFlare". The service taps in to a global database of spam based on signatures and filters spam at the edge of our network. We think it's 95% effective. Contact us if you'd like purchase or trial this service: https://pfs.2020media.com/my-messages.html

We recommend use of a locally-installed anti-spam software too. This may be part of your anti-virus software, or can be part of your email software (Thunderbird has excellent built-in junk mail detection and is free), or purchased seperately. An example of this would be Cloudmark Desktop: http://www.cloudmarkdesktop.com/en/home
