Support for iPhone, Android, Windows and most other mobile devices is included in the 2020Media customer portal. If you visit the customer portal using the web browser in your mobile phone, you'll notice that by default it will look different. This is because the system recognises the device you are using and reformats the pages to better suit your display. This is not 100% perfect, but we have tested with a variety of mobile devices and have successfully fully used the My Profile, My Gems and My Messages sections, and downloaded PDF documents within the My Documents section.
