What can I do on PFS?

Contacts are able to:

  • View transactions and an up to date finance statement every day
  • View services and renewal dates
  • View account login credentials
  • Amend profile details
  • Raise support and finance queries

At what times of the day can I use the service?

The service is available night and day, 7 days a week. Occasionally the service may be taken down for essential maintenance.

How up to date is the information shown?

All viewable and downloadable documents have a timestamp shown - this is the date the information was recorded so this should be considered the relevant date.

Are there are charges for using PFS?

There is no charge to use PFS, it is a free service.
