Rocks are system-wide services and Gems are specific to a domain or service.

Click the My Gems link at the top of the page, and if you are logged in, you will see a list of the currently available Gems.

What Gems are available?

Gems planned or currently available include:

• SEO Panel - Monitor and improve your website's search engine ranking. You can also add your competitor's websites and monitor how you compare. Help Page
• Domain Check - Check the availability of a domain name, and if it's available, order it through your account with 2020Media. No filling in huge forms or looking for credit cards - just a simple form and it's underway.
• Favicon - Web browsers display tiny favicons in the address bar and bookmarks. Use this tool to create one for your website.
• Webmail - direct login to your email account through our free webmail service
• Marketing - Free Vouchers for Pay as You Go advertising on the biggest search engine, Google. With Google AdWords you only pay when someone clicks on your ad, and you remain in complete control. Business users opening a new AdWords account can apply for a voucher for free AdWords.
• Email Control Panel - Manage your email accounts in the 2020Media customer portal via a one-click login. Our email control panel allows you to set up new accounts, change passwords and forward email to any destination.
• Firewall Modification - For customers needing remote logins to high security services such as SSH, Remote Desktop and Databases you can request changes here
• FileManager- Upload files to your webspace including zips.
• PHPMyAdmin - Manage your MySQL database via a one-click login.

Most Gems are configured when they have some use to your account, but please ask if you can see a Gem you'd like to use that isn't active for you.
